Have Rachel, owner of Speck Fitness, either come to your house, meet in a park, come to your gym, or come to her training facility for one-on-one personal training. She will create a workout plan and a diet plan that will help you meet your goals. Each session is one hour and comes with an exercise plan for the days you don't meet with her and a diet plan. You can choose from pilates, ballet, weight training, tabata, cardio, resistance training, her trademarked Tendu Toning workout, or a fusion of all of them.
