"Welcome to Tendu Toning Ballerina Strong, the second video using my revolutionary workout that combines the toning of ballet with the strength of body building. After retiring from being a professional ballerina, I wanted a way to maintain my long lean body, but I also wanted to help others like you achieve a ballet body without spending years in ballet training. Therefore, I created my first video, Tendu Toning Where Ballet Meets Fitness, using my innovative ballet technique which pairs simple ballet steps with weights, resistance, and increased repetitions to maximize results in a short amount of time. This second video offers some of your favorite squats, pulses, and pliés, but it also offers new steps like curtsy lunges, arabesque penches, chest presses, and combinations to work even more muscles.
